When will my order arrive?

Once shipped, delivery within the U.S. typically takes 2–9 business days depending on your location.

Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our U.S. warehouse to ensure faster and more reliable delivery.
Some accessories or replacement parts may ship from one of our international logistics centers if out of stock locally.

Do you offer free shipping?

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us at support@turbovacmini.com within 12 hours of placing it.
After this window, your order may already be in transit and cannot be modified.
How do I charge the TurboVac Mini™?
Each TurboVac Mini™ includes a USB charging cable.
Simply plug it into any USB port (computer, car charger, or adapter).
A full charge usually takes 2–3 hours and provides up to 25–30 minutes of use.
Can the TurboVac Mini™ handle pet hair and crumbs?
Yes! The TurboVac Mini™ was designed for small debris, dust, pet hair, and everyday messes on surfaces like car seats, sofas, keyboards, and countertops.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or doesn’t work as expected, we’ll send a replacement or full refund.
